Order processing

Our fulfillment team prepares orders for dispatch by the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

U.S. delivery

Tracked U.S. shipping is available for a flat $7 charge shown at checkout. Due to periods of higher order volume and carrier conditions, delivery normally takes 6 to 10 business days after dispatch. Tracking is included with every shipment.

Tracking

When your order leaves our fulfillment facility, we will send tracking details to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking scans can take up to 48 hours to update.

Delays and address accuracy

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays or an incomplete address. Please review your shipping address before completing checkout. If an order is delayed beyond the promised window, contact us through the Contact page so we can help.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking shows a delivery problem or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work toward an appropriate replacement or refund.
